The race is registered in Official Calendar of Federation Française d'Athlétisme. The Marathon is qualicative for French Championships and has International FFA and WA Road Race Label.
Since 2013, the French Riviera Marathon Nice-Cannes has obtained the label Agenda 21 "Développement durable, le sport s'engage".
This label valids all the actions of the French Riviera Marathon Nice-Cannes in favor of the protection of the environment.
