The Health Prevention Course (PPS)

The FFA's Health Prevention Course (Parcours de PrÃ©vention SantÃ©) is a four-stage tool designed to raise awareness of the risks, precautions and recommendations relating to runners' health.
This new certificate (valid for 3 months only) replaces the medical note.

Please note: Only medical certificates (dated from less than one year by the D-Day) delivered by a doctor will be accepted and must mention that Â« Mr. or Mrs. X is fit to compete a marathon Â». Follow the federation circular nÂ°13 on the 21th april 2008, the medical certificate must mention that Â« Mr. or Mrs. X is fit to practice running in competition Â» or Â« is fit to compete a marathon Â». Only the french licences FFA, FFTRI, FFCO, FFPM are accepted.
