Les galets de Nice

Les Galets de Nice, a registered trademark, is an original concept created by Philippe, a passionate designer from Nice, who set out to reinterpret one of the city's most iconic symbols: the famous pebbles of Nice's beaches.

The Les Galets de Nice collection includes a large range of decorative objects, from decorative pebbles to pebble frames and other unique handcrafted creations.

Since 2007, Philippe has been designing and handcrafting decorative and functional objects using terracotta pebbles that he creates himself in his workshop. Every piece is entirely handmade and locally produced. Blue and grey—the signature colours of Nice's coastline—feature prominently throughout his creations.

Depending on its complexity, each pebble can take anywhere from one day to ten days to engrave.

Over the years, Philippe has collaborated with many of the region's most renowned events, including the Fête des Mai in Cimiez, the Journées au Jardin in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and the Nice Carnival, creating bespoke pieces to celebrate each occasion.

Today, the French Riviera Marathon Nice-Cannes and Les Galets de Nice have joined forces to offer you two unique and exclusive creations, available only through our website.
